Tony Heo
Mr. Heo has extensive US and international experience in the incubation, startup, and growth of high technology companies in a number of industries encompassing nuclear power plant, computers, data communication, environmental waste management, and consulting engineering. He also has extensive marketing knowledge and business development experience in the Greater China region (Hong Kong, mainland China, and Taiwan). Experience in the strategic planning and business development of a number of joint venture projects.
Mr. Heo has been dedicated to PLASNOVA's marketing and business development activities since 2011. Mr. Heo received his B.S. in Engineering Science and Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. George Paskalov
Dr. George Paskalov has close to 30 years of experience in plasma research and development. Prior to coming to the US, Dr. Paskalov was Soviet Union's Chief Scientist for RF Plasma technology, which had been applied to satellite rocket engine simulation. In the US, he pioneered the development of new precious metals processing techniques using Radio Frequency Plasma technology. His plasma technology was later acquired by what has evolved to become PLASNOVA Inc. and Dr. Paskalov serves as Chief Scientist to the company. He has co-authored 2 books, received 6 US patents, and published 54 papers on plasma. He is a member of APMI International and the Society of Inventors. Dr. Paskalov received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. in Plasma Processing and Installations from the Technical University, St. Petersburg.
